NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION - BOARD
OF DIRECTORS’ MEETING
(Please note: The Board meets in
Executive Session to consider legal issues, contract formation, disciplinary
hearings, personnel issues, and delinquent assessments, if any; as provided for
in Civil Code §1363.05.) Notice
is hereby given that prior to the 7:30
pm Open Meeting mentioned above an Executive Session Meeting of the Board of
Directors for the Leffingwell Creek Homeowners Association will be held at 7:00
pm in a unit. EXECUTIVE SESSION
AGENDA: The issues to be discussed will be as follows: (a) litigation, if
any; (b) member discipline, e.g. rules violations; (c) personnel matters,
including vendor bids and contracts; and/or (d) a requested and scheduled
hearing with a member. This notice regarding
any Executive Session
is given to conform to statute and as a courtesy only. Unless a hearing had
been scheduled with a member, the only other members of the association
permitted to be present at executive sessions are Board Members only. Any
matter discussed in executive session will be generally noted in the
minutes of the immediately following meeting of the Board of Directors which
will be open to the entire membership.
