At the request of some Leffingwell Creek homeowners, here is a partial list of the many common area expenses which are paid out of your monthly homeowners association assessments . Most of these expenses are specifically disclosed in your annually published Budget.

 

Administrative: Legal and Accounting, Tax Preparation, Reserve Study, Mailings and Postage, Taxes and Permits, Copying Costs, Secretarial PLUS WEBSITE MATERIAL , SOME OF WHICH IS AN ELECTRONIC SUBSTITUTE FOR COSTLY HARD COPY INFORMATIONAL MATERIAL.
