PROCEDURES. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
1. Provide proof of unit owner's insurance for unit
contents and owner liability, as well as coverage of ceiling, walls and floors, as indicated in recent correspondence to the
membership as well as a fully completed Emergency Contact Information Form as found on this site.

2. To qualify, you also must be current in homeowner's
association dues and have no penalty assessments.
3. Once the above criteria have been met, a Board member will contact
you to come pay the non-refundable pool key deposit of $25 and you will be issued a Pool Key.
